To follow in Caroline's footsteps, here is another quick and easy oven roasted recipe that is so delicious... if you like cauliflower that is. 😁Enjoy! 💗Helena
INGREDIENTS:
- Cauliflower
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon turmeric
- ½ chili powder or chili flakes (optional)
- Salt
- Freshly ground pepper
- Lemon juice from half a lemon
DIRECTIONS:
- Cut up the cauliflower and mix with the rest of the ingredients in a bowl.
- Put on an oven tray.
- Roast at 220°C for 35-40 minutes.
- Stir from time to time.
