Who doesn't love guacamole? It is the world's favourite dip/spread/salad that originated in Mexico. The name comes from classical Nahuatl language and literally means "avocado sauce".
Avocados were first cultivated in South Central Mexico around 10,000 years ago. In the early 1900s, avocados frequently went by the name "alligator pear".
What's so spectacular about guacamole is that not only is it crazy delicious and versatile, but it's also super healthy!!! 🥳
Enjoy! 💗 Helena
