Check out another one of my mom's delicious pan-seared scallop appetizer recipes! It does not disappoint.
Enjoy! 💗Helena
INGREDIENTS (4 servings):
- 8 scallops
- Coriander, use the leaves only
- 1 red chili, chopped
- Kikkoman soy sauce
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil for pan-searing
DIRECTIONS:
- Dry the scallops with paper towel.
- Salt and pepper both sides.
- Pan-sear in olive oil on high heat for 1 minute on each side, but don't burn them.
- Lower the heat and add a handful of coriander and the chopped chili.
- Pour a good amount of soy sauce into the pan (depending on how much sauce you want) and stir. Bring it to a light boil and quickly turn off the heat.
- Taste the sauce and see if it needs more seasoning.
- Ready to serve!
