INGREDIENTS:
- 8-10 celery stalks
- 2 leeks
- 8 scallions
- 200-250g bacon bits
- Marinade:
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp Kikkoman soy sauce
- 1 tsp Heinz chili sauce
- ½ tsp tarragon
DIRECTIONS:
- Pre-heat oven to 180°C (convection setting).
- Chop up celery, leek, scallions and bacon. Mix it all together in a bowl.
- Marinade: Mix olive oil with the chili sauce, soy sauce and tarragon.
- Mix the marinade with the stuffing.
- Pour the stuffing onto a large, glass oven dish.
- Place dish in oven for approximately 40 minutes. Stir a couple of times during cooking.
- Ready to serve.
